The Technopark Hannover continues this success story and creates a modern competence center for approx. 30 companies and research institutions in the north-west of the city, in an exceptionally central location. On a total of 24,100 square meters (or 2.5 hectares) with 40,000 square meters of rental space, Taurus has created exclusive, made-to-measure office units, ultra-modern work areas and innovative working environments, which can be flexibly adapted to individual requirements to accommodate, for example, sterile clean rooms for the development and testing of systems.

Technopark Hannover offers unbeatable geographical advantages. Located next to a nature reserve, and with numerous surrounding recreational areas, it offers the best working conditions surrounded by greenery. While close to nature, the steadily growing WTH Science and Technology Park Hannover is located just to the north-west of the city.

The highway intersection Hanover-Herrenhausen and the A2, A352, A7 and B6 highways are all just a few minutes away by car. The distance to the airport is only 12 km and it only takes 15 minutes to get to the city center by the tram line 4.
